Established in December 1999, Boston Mayflower now owns and manages over 4,800 homes to let and provides services to leaseholders and shared owners across Lincolnshire as a charitable Company. They have over 800 sheltered housing flats and bungalows in 14 schemes for older and vulnerable residents; a scheme specifically for homeless people and, in partnership with Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council, they provide an Extra Care facility in Boston at Mayfield.

When the time came to relocate from their existing premises, Boston Mayflower knew they needed to engage the services of a professional to assist them with their furniture package. Winning the project at tender stage against national competition, Officescape specified a cost-effective, winning solution which would deliver the performance specification that Boston Mayflower required.
