Category A is sometimes called a ‘basic landlord fit out’. This likely includes basic installation of electrics, flooring and ceilings, air con, smoke alarms, bathrooms and a simple paint finish.
Category B is a step further. This would be a full fit out of the office meaning it is decorated and ready to be used by employees. This could include design, meeting areas, storage, common areas, partitions and more.
